Cryogenic Front Ends Including Superconducting Bandpass Filters and Low Noise Cryogenic Amplfiers for Wireless Communication Systems

Our cryogenic front ends are based on the Nobel Prize winning discovery (1986) of J.G. Bednorz and K.A. Mueller - known as High Temperature Superconductivity (HTS). They are equipped with HTS bandpass receive filter which are charcterized by a very low noise insertion loss and an excellent steepness of their scirts. These filters pre-select the microwave signals to be amplified by our cryogenic low noise amplifiers.
