Semiconductor VHF High Power Amplifiers to Drive Tetrodes of Superconducting Cyclotrons or Superconducting Cavities of Proton Linear Accelerators for a CW Power up to 2 kW.

We develop

UHF High Power Amplifiers for Frequencies between 300 and 3000 MHz Operating as Pre-Amplifiers for Klystrons Used for the Operation of Accelerating Cavities of Booster Synchrotrons or Storage Rings of Synchrotron Light Sources for Particle Accelerators.
