Fast beam current read out electrometer amplifier with remote control and RF block
- 3 current ranges from 40 nA up to > 100 µA, adjustable internal RF blocking
- Low pass filter 10 Hz, 200 Hz or 40 kHz available, corresp. to acquisition times of 100 ms, 5 ms and 25 µs
- 2 test modes for self test and detector test
- Remote control of low pass filter, current range and test mode
- Output: 0 to +10 VDC (for 0 to Imax)
- Front side status indication
- Up to 6 independent channels in 19” chassis (3HE)
- Optional: Additional external RF blocks for various frequencies
